Upon entering MOONCLUB you are agreeing to adhere to the terms and conditions within this policy.

  • Customers must adhere to local laws and act courteously without anti-social behavior.
  • Entry: women 18+, men 21+ with valid photo ID.
  • No weapons, dangerous substances, or fireworks allowed.
  • Zero tolerance for drug use or possession.
  • Only on-premises food/drinks allowed.
  • Violators will be removed from the venue.
  • Animals not permitted.
  • All coats/bags must be checked into the cloakroom; valuables not recommended.
  • Lost tickets may delay retrieval until closing.
  • Visitors are responsible for personal property.
  • Management may deny entry for inappropriate dress or behavior.
  • Sportwear or untidy clothing not permitted (e.g., tracksuits).
  • Random bag checks may occur; refusal = denied entry.
  • Aggression or abuse leads to ejection and possible ban.
  • Guests must follow all management/security instructions.
  • Evacuation protocols must be followed.
  • Restricted zones (bar, storage, office) are off-limits.
  • Inappropriate behavior = removal with no refund.
  • Marketing photos/videos may be taken during your visit.
  • CCTV operates for safety at all times.
  • Photos taken may be published online.
  • Damage to property will be charged.
  • Allergen list available on request.

SUBJECT OF BUSINESS CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of tickets for cultural events at the Moon Club via the internet shop moonclub.cz operated by Nebev s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”) and all contractual customer relationships resulting therefrom. Terms of Business are valid from 1.7.2018.

SALE OF TICKETS

Ticket sales are realised via the internet shop moonclub.cz, which offers tickets exclusively in the form of an E-Ticket. An e-ticket is an electronic ticket. Its validity is verified through a unique code identifying the ticket owner when entering the action.

Moon Club reserves the right to cancel and refund any ticket at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason.

PRICES AND FEES

The ticket price is quoted in CZK including the statutory rate of value added tax. The ticket price given during online sale is final and not negotiable. Current prices of tickets are decided by the operator. No drinks or bottle service is included with the VIP ticket purchase.

The ticket has the form of an E-Ticket. It is delivered in electronic form in the following ways:

By e-mail to the address the customer filled out during booking.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Paid admissions are not refundable unless otherwise stated for a particular action.

If a particular action is subject to individual cancellation conditions that allow return of the entry fee, the entry fee will be returned to the customer if these conditions are met, but the amount will be deducted by the transaction fee. The amount of the transaction fee depends on the method of payment chosen by the customer when purchasing the ticket. Reimbursement of the admission is possible only by bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

If the operator terminates the action altogether, the customer who provided the operator with his or her contact (email, telephone) via that contact will be notified that the action is canceled. The operator does not bear any liability to the customer in the event that the customer can not reach the contact in time.

In the event of a cancellation by the operator, the operator will return the ticket only in the amount of the purchased ticket in the following ways: bank transfer (customer must provide bank details) or club (during the club’s operating hours).
